By purchasing or downloading any product from AnIsGOtt Design ("we", "our", or "us") — whether through anisgottdesign.com or our Etsy shop — you agree to the following terms.

Digital Products

All products sold by AnIsGOtt Design are digital files (PDF and/or PNG format) delivered by instant download. No physical item is shipped. You are purchasing a license to use the file, not ownership of the artwork.

License

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial license to:

• Print the pages for your own personal use
• Color and enjoy the pages at home
• Print multiple copies for personal use only

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files
• Use the designs commercially (for products, services, or resale)
• Claim the artwork as your own
• Upload or share the files online, even for free

Commercial Licensing

If you need to use our designs for commercial purposes — including printed goods for resale, commercial coloring books, or branded products — a commercial license is required.

Two options are available:

• Ready-to-use commercial licenses — available directly in our Etsy shop under the SVGs & Bundles section.
• Custom commercial license — for specific use cases or larger projects, contact us at hello@anisgottdesign.com to discuss the right license for your needs.

No Refunds on Digital Products

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue with your download or the file is defective, contact us at hello@anisgottdesign.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Free Downloads

Free resources (such as our starter coloring pack) are offered under the same personal-use license described above. They may not be redistributed or used commercially.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content on anisgottdesign.com are the exclusive property of AnIsGOtt Design and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Purchases via Etsy

Orders placed through our Etsy shop are also subject to Etsy's Terms of Use. In case of any conflict, Etsy's policies govern the transaction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
